HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT
a) Induction Training
Personnel recruited by us are imparted training covering all the skills required to meet effectively various types of eventualities. They may be encountering during the performance of their security duties. They are inducted and posted on duty only after successful completion of required training.
b) Orientation Training
Personnel working in our organization are imparted training periodically under a syllabus covering latest techniques, skills, modern equipment and other information in the field of security, loss prevention, fire fighting and first-aid and safety management.

We have a sincere dedicated and very effective team of Field Officers for liaison; conducting training classes, check security personnel during day and nights. They are quite effective in handling any situation so that the management need not devote their time on the subject of security as any eventualities of the establishment. MOBILE SQUAD
A Four Wheeler is pressed into operation round the clock where a senior officer equipped with a cell is constantly on the move. In times of crisis, the customer can contact our control room, which in turn flashes messages to the squad and the squad reaches the troubled area within a short time.
OUR COMMUNICATION
Our Control Room has 3 telephone lines, totally dedicated to attend to the Customer enquiries/complaints. All our senior staff is equipped with MOBILES, enabling the clients to have easy access to the concerned executive at any time. Mobile phones are provided to key personnel of the Organization.
TRAINING SCHOOL & UNIFORM
We have set up an in-house Training School using visual media to educate our men and update them on the latest security techniques. Uniforms are among the best in the industry. Shift Supervisors, SO’s & ASO’s are provided distinct identity. Replacement of uniform items is done as and when required.
ACCOMMODATION & CANTEEN FACILITY
We request the Organizations utilizing our security to kindly provide suitable accommodation for our security personnel near the vicinity of the place of work to enable them to perform their duties with efficiency. This will also facilitate us to provide replacement for the guards who may fail to turn up for a shift without prior notice due to illness or pressing domestic problems. We can provide reinforcement during off duty periods, i.e., Nights, Sundays & Holidays.
WORKING HOURS & RELIEVER CHARGES
All our Security personnel are covered under the AP Contract Labor (P&A) Act, 1971 and hence perform 8 hours duty in a day, 6 days in a week and observe the 7th day as the weekly off. The reliever performs duty on such off days, which will also be paid extra by the Organization engaging our services, as reliever charges.
DURATION AND COMMENCEMENT OF CONTRACT
The agreement shall be in force for a period of one year from the date our security personnel take positions at the areas specified by you. Either party can terminate this Agreement by giving one month’s notice. In case no intimation for renewal of the agreement after the expiry of one year is received from you, we will deem it as a renewal for another year and thereby continue guarding your premises.
CLIENT SERVICING
Vinay Group will deploy its security personnel at the specified places within 1/2 week subject to your firm acceptance of the terms and conditions. This facilitates:
- Early detection and elimination of problems
- Continuous monitoring of supervising staff
- Any changes/modifications can be planned after mutual consultation
